OMA is Metropolia’s intranet environment.  You sign into OMA with your Metropolia username.

OMA contains, for example, the following services:

• announcements from Metropolia (general, teachers, international office)
• electronic Individual Study Planning (ePSP, this is mostly for degree students)
• enrollment for courses
• transcript of records
• tools for communication between students and teachers
• workspaces for courses
• information about student services

• Moving between desktops: click the symbol/    on the top left corner and switch to the other desktop
• Common desktop  
  • Workspaces, announcements, study-related info, study tools, contact information
• Student’s desktop  

• • ePSP – designing and editing your PSP (personal study plan), this is mostly a tool for degree students
  • Credits – transcript of records
  • Calendar – reservation system, schedule machine, meeting times
  • Studies – study guide

1. Open your student’s desktop
2. Move the cursor on your name at the top right corner
3. Click on Settings:

4. Click on Henkilötiedot on the left side:

There you can edit your contact information, data distributions, and other settings:
