All Learning Agreement DURING MOBILITY/ changes sections will be signed at the same time. You will be informed about the deadlines in the orientation.
Once your final course selection is clear:
- Bilateral students:
- Use the Learning Agreement During Mobility form (Word)
- Fill in the changes, sign it and upload it to Mobility-Online
- Erasmus students:
- If your home university supports digital Learning Agreements, prepare your Learning Agreement according to your home university’s instructions. The document will be transferred to Metropolia for signing.
- If your home university does not support digital Learning Agreements, use the second page of your PDF Learning Agreement called “Changes to”. Mark thre only the courses that you delete or add and sign the document. Upload the document to Mobility-Online. Send the signed Learning Agreement to your home university and once signed by them as well, upload it to your Mobility-Online.
Check your enrolments in OMA; if some enrolment(s) need to be deleted, inform your International Relations Adviser.
